I accidentally ordered this product by clicking on a wrong button. I immediately sent them an email to cancel the order and then I called them as well. They said the order would be cancelled. However, about a week ago I received the product anyway. Then today I noticed a charge for $79.95 on my bank account. I immediately called them and explained to them problem and he cancelled my account and I told him I wanted a refund issued. Very quickly he replied I would see it in 3-5 business days and hung up before I could say anything else. I called back immediately and spoke with another petson who checked the account and said it had been cancelled. I asked about the refund and she said she couldn't give it to me. I explained that I had cancelled the order the same day it was placed and she said they had nothing on file that showed I called and refused to return the money by just saying the word "NO". I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the senior account person so I asked to speak to her manager and she said NO she was senior person and hung up. How can I help it if they didn't make a note that I called. I do have the email I sent to them. What a ripoff!! Someone needs to take them down.
