I got my service hooked up 8 months ago, and have had nothing but problems since. They double charge my account EVERY month, I thought I was signing a thing stating the service man put up my dish(because that's what he said it was) come to find out it was a 2year agreement and now they want to charge over $400.00 to disconnect it. i have to call EVERY month and add the bill for them because it was suposed to be $106.oo a month and my bill was for $274.00 a month. they tell me when I ask fopr a manager that they don't have one or it will take 30min to find one, yet 30 min later they just hang up on you with out getting one, then you have to call back and honestly i have yet to talk to a manager after calling for 8 months straight!! I think someone needs to investigate this company becuase I am not the first to say this in my town. Everyone here changed to Dxxx N(((REDACTED))) AND I THINK IT IS WAAAAYYYY BETTER!!! WAY NICER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I asked for them to disconnect my service and they told me they couldn't until I paid them the money I supposedly owed them. I don't know who does their accounts peyable, obviously they don't know math very well!! I will tell everyone I know, and my myspace to not go through Direct Tv, they are ripping people off and no one can get it switched to figure it out!! I have a corporate lawyer that is going to look into it for me hopefully i can get some faith back for customers who got screwed throught this company just like I did!! Still not able to get in contact with manager or corporate office, keep sending statements and letters to disconnect and cancel to customer service @ 2230 east Imperial HWY. El segundo CA, 90245. i guess when they get sick of throwing them away they might make it to the manager or corporate!!!

if you go through them, make sure you read every fine print and review your statments twice a month because they will change how much it is twice a month!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
