direct tv satelite tv false charge's greenwood village California
my husband had passed away and i had to get basic cable in 2007.a few month's later i had it disconected,and was told i would have an early disconnection fee so i should just keep the 2 box's for the time alloted.i moved with the box's 3 time's and had them come out to one residence to use the box again but it could not be hooked up at this residence because i was sharing a household and i could not use my own box in their name,again i was told to hang on to the box or i would be charged again i called them to verify my address so i could get my bill and they did not get my address right .i never received a bill and tried to rectify right address numerous time's and to speak to someone i could understand and even asked for a super visor everytime they said no one was available. now these charge's are out of controll,finally got to talk to a supervisor sept 1st 2010 and now it's in a collection agency's hand's and would like to see this matter resolved.
