to whom it may concern the following unfair bussines practice and fruad has been done. I, am a customer of direct tv. when i, ordered the service in aug. 2005 I, made desposit of 150.00 for collatreal of the service I, would recieve, $10.00 per. mon. until the desposited was gone I, still had approx 100.00 of account. Direct t.v. turned off my services and on 03/03/06 i, made a 45.00 payment and direct t.v. refused to reinstate my services. Futhermore, I, have another 125.00 of account for the thec. causing property damage claim #8972160051496486. After talking with several employee named trica, rhonda, charmal kathy telling me that the 150.00 was non-refundable and could not reinstate my services. Moreover, I, was told my acount was sent for collection mind you, direct tv owes me. We allege direct TV is practicing unfail business and fraud for keeping my money and not giving me service. thankyou

after pushing Direct T.V I, have come to a settlement with direct t.v. about my 100.00. This is what I have learned direct t.v. needs to train their management and supervisor staff customer relations. If one has a problem with direct t.v. one needs to call them every day until one finds the right manager who will help you. If I, can help someone with a problem with direct t.v. reach out to me thank you.

this is an update as to direct tv. The fraud and mismangement that runs wild inside the corp world of direct tv. As of this date no one can answer my question where is my 100.00 where i gave them 150.00 I, was told it was not refundable. I, repliedI, did not want a refund just use it to off set my bill. I, was told no I, have recieved bad business practice and fraud that is coming from deep inside of the corp world riping people off and make up their own laws or try. I, am going to use every legal move I, can make inorder for this type of fraud and very bad businees partice. Business like direct tv. need to get puntive damges to have them stop their illegal dealing The last person I, talked with he id himself to be cole id number 100092 if that is the truth I, am going to fight them legal and we shall see what happens. thank you.
