I did a phone call to check my balance on my DirectExpress debit card and took me by surprise to know that they needed to talk to me. At this conversation I find out that my money was on hold because my account was on in vestigation. I ask why and they said that they can't tell me why. At this time I ask for the supervisor in where the said that they don't have one at the moment. I call the next day and they have the same message. At this time I ask for the supervisor and they transfer my call to Jermie work ID #812249. I demand for an explanation about why my account is on hold and he said the same thing that the costumer service said and that he doesn't know when my money is going to be released. I was very upset with his answer. I informe him that I have some bills to pay and that I have a doctor's appointment that I need to go and that at this appointment I have to pay my co-payment and I ask him if he can call me back to let me know if I need to cancel my appointment. Well Jermie never call me. I call them again and I have the same answer. I ask to transfer my phone call to someone higher than Jermie and the answer that I got that he was the only supervisor. I ask for them to transfer my phone call to the department that is doing the investigation and they said that they can't do that because they don't know who is doing that, so I talk to Jermie again and he said the same thing that the costumer service said. With all this problems my bills are late and I have to cancel my doctor appointment. I can't keep cancel my doctor appointment because I am a diabetic patient. This is not the first time that this bank is doing this to me. It is been a week already and my money isn't release already.
