I ordered one book a year ago and today I noticed they have been charging me a membership fee for a year! I called and girl whose english was difficult to understand said that when I ordered the book I had to OPT OUT of membership... By choosing free shipping you accept membership!!! I would NEVER have accepted a membership on purpose! I googled this place and there are pages of links to complaints about this. I even saw a law firm trying to organize a class action suit. Oh, yeah, they said they sent
me an email... I checked... I never got one. So now my $5 DISCOUNT book has cost me $200. they apparently get calls all the time because the girl refunded me for 2 months and gave me the address to their dispute resolution department... I asked her why she thought they HAVE a dispute resolution department?!?!?!!
