Joshua Meldrum never completed the job, completed maybe 75%, never cleaned up, didn’t use rebar for concrete when I paid for rebar, left a pallet of sod which went to waste and I had to hall hundreds of pounds of sod to my backyard to remove out of HOA‘s sight. The retaining wall starting failing, concrete separated leaving a 7-8” gap and cracked in several places, haven’t been able to use the backyard and have had to keep kids from going to the backyard because of it being dangerous.
The path where the Bobcat used, which they soded was Not graded, the did not clear the rocks before laying the sod. He always used Rain as an excuse to not show. Always claimed to be in Michigan. Every bad review seems to be the same story, he does the same thing to everyone. Let’s get together and bring him down. We can take legal action together in bring criminal charges Against him. Everyone that has been scammed by Joshua, Please contact me and let’s talk to my lawyer.
