On 9/14/2016 I purchased over 24 items from DJI online at http://store.dji.com for a total of $9,405.70 . One of the items I purchased can be found at the following web address: http://store.dji.com/product/inspire-1-raw-two-extra-ssd . This product is supposed to come with 3 memory cards which retail for $749 which can be found at: http://store.dji.com/product/zenmuse-x5r-ssd-512gb .
When I received my shipments from DJI on 9/20 and 9/21 I found that I only received 2 of the 3 memory cards that were supposed to be included. All of the packaging was intact and there was no sign of anything being tampered with or damaged during shipping. I contacted DJI the following morning to notify them that there was a missing memory card from my shipment. They asked for photos of everything I received, which I provided them promptly. After weeks of contacting them repeatedly, they finally told me that their shipping department sent everything and that was the end of it. This situation has been beyond frustrating. There is no logical way to prove that you didn't receive something. I have filed complaints with the FTC and state Attorney General.
