I was actually relieved to see I wasn't the only one to get ripped off. First I called because I was shorted on wood. They refused to do anything about it and I figured I would chalk it up to experience. Then I tried to burn some of the wood. White smoke, violent hissing and water dripping from the "seasoned" wood had me even more upset. I bought a moisture meter and it read over 30%.
I've been hung up on several times and then promised a wood swap, then more wood, then told they would only swap for new wood. It's an endless circle of BS. I started researching the Dominici's and found the same information as the other person who complained. I am giving up on dealing with them anymore and have accepted that I have been royally ripped off. I filed this report so others don't make the same mistake.
Do not do business with these people. They are dishonest, immoral, pathetic human beings.
