I currently work for Domino's here in Colorado, and I find this initial report laughable at best. It would be absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to run a restaurant under such filthy conditions. I sense whoever wrote this ridiculous report was probably fired from Domino's and can't get over it.

The fact is, if you eat at nasty places, you will be sick and if you eat at clean places such as chick fila and outback, You will NOT be sick..those who work there and eat there or own the Domino's ghetto franchise,,,,,will never agree! Go eat yourself & die I guess!!

won't say which one, doesn't matter, although I will admit it was "fast food".
I watched the guy preparing the food for the people in front of me, he dropped an item, but was real quick like pickin it up. He made sure to do a quick look around to see if he got caught and then continued on preparing.
He appeared to be the crew leader also.
I rarely go there, and the stuff I order most likely isn't a big risk, but everybody should know that you're always gambling when you eat out.
Why didn't I say anything? As I said, everybody should know the risks and these people held me up by placing a biga** order ahead of me. They should've been courteous and let me go ahead.
And what about the 5 Second Rule???

I've seen millions of these types of reports; people claiming numerous health code violations and blatant law breaking on the part of the employer. There's one thing I notice consistently (other than obvious spelling and grammar errors); not one single mention of them ever reporting the employer to the authorities. I mean, if all of this is true, why not get them involved? That being said, I'm fairly certain most of these reports are bogus.
