Donald Iarrobino, B&D Reloaders GunsAmerica layaway rip-off Hyde Park Massachusetts
Bought 2 guns on layaway from Mr. Iarrobino, $50 per month, open ended layaway through his ad on GunsAmerica. Each time I paid, I called to make sure the layaway terms were still okay, and each time I paid, I was told the layaway was fine. Added a third to the package. Made regular payments. Made a payment then called for final payment amount. This time, Mr. Iarrobino told me he had cashed the last check I sent after the seller had picked up one of the guns, and he neglected to contact me. It was the main one I had purchased.
Next he said refund in full was in the mail on Feb 28, now 7 days later no refund and no answer on his phone.
Apparently he is listed as a process server in his community too. Bad enough to have an item I've bought either picked up or sold to someone else, but without the money refunded is too much. Doesn't sound good to me.
And this was through the US Mails.
