Donald S. Burak Reggie Martin used scare tactics, lies, and emotions to try to locate my daughter Bensalem Pennsylvania
Reggie Martin, who said he was with the law firm of Donald S. Burak, called my home 3 times looking for my daughter because he said there was an outstanding debt in her name. He threatened that she would be served with papers cause he found me so he could find her.
He also played like he was sympathetic after I told him I would not devulge the info. He constantly interrupted me. He was annoyingly and rudely persistent.
The third time he called, I informed him not to call me back, and he kept trying to get info. I said goodbye and hung up.

I'm sorry, but where is the "rip off". In what way did his phone calls rip you or your daughter off? Sounds like this guy was a skip tracer and he's trying to locate your daughter for bad debt perhaps, or some other type of law suit. You can rest assured they have ways to find people. If she does owe money, avoiding service or contact will not get her out of it. Nevertheless, this is a gripe you have, one that doesn't belong on rip off report.
