DORM2DORM quoted me, raise the price, agreed on a price, went up the the price several times. I requested my items, every request is a higher price. They still have my property NEW YORK NEW YORK

I still am not in possession of my property since May 8 2018. Dorm2Dorm quoted me $73.34. At the time of pick, my student was there and charged $147. I called May 9, 2018, the day after the pickup to inquire. I was told that their rep misunderstood or there was a communication issue. I requested the owner Jonathan Hotchandani and was told he would call back that day. No call on May 9 or 10th, so I called on May 11. On May 11, I was told Jonathan had stepped out and would call back. No call back on May 11 2018. I called on May 14th spoke to Andy, whom was very rude and hung up. I called May 15th, 16th, 17 and was blocked from all four business numbers. I contacted the BBB. After two weeks of mediation with the BBB, I thought we had an agreement iao $89.27.
Forty minutes after agreeing to the invoice dorm2dorm sent me another invoice for $357.09 due to June 7 2018. I requested my items on June 6 2018 with the agreement to pay the $89.27 and the earlier drop off iao $100, totaling $189.27. On June 7 2018, I received a new invoice for $539.49 due by 6/6/18!!!!!! I never heard back from them to confirm that my items would be delivered on June 9 2018 as requested so I requested my items AGAIN!!! After requesting my property, I received yet another invoice iao $702.16 on June 11 2018 stating the due being 6/11/18. Their late fee policy is days 1-10 is free. Neither date exceeded the 10 days, so how is the invoices jump $200 each invoice????
Next they tell me that my drop off location is 138 miles from the school and would be $30 every 10 miles. I googled the distance and it is 5 miles. And this top secret warehouse location!!! I requested the warehouse location to pay the $189.27 and pick up my things; they advised no address is provided and continue to go up on the invoices. I have emails and invoices to prove absolutely everything I have stated!
