I arrived home from work and I couldn't believe my eyes. There on my porch was the Liner that I had been waiting for. I had waited as long as I could before filing my origional report on this site. I noticed all the reports in the past 10 days with the same problems that I was having. I checked the packing slip and found that the liner was sent by S&K Plastics out of Brooklyn NY. The origional order was placed to them on 5/9 the day my credit card was charged. Unfortunately the only way I found this out was because it arrived on my porch. I still have not heard from DPD pools regarding the tracking numbers which they had promised. If they had any sort of customer service then they could have avoided this origional negative report. I would have been wiling to wait if I at least was informed that there was going to be a delay. I repeated my pleas for information with no response. I wish they had just informed me of the issues and I would not have filed this in the first place. I hope this gives others hope that they will be sooner or later recieving their liners. DPD pools needs to re-evaluate their customer service policy and procedure.
