I have FINALLY received a response from DPD Pools/Charlie Goss. I received a reply to an email I sent him last week. See below... Charlie, Sticking your head in the sand will not make the problem go away. I have been looking through various sites and your name is everywhere. There are numerous complaints on your company over the past few weeks and they are growing daily. It appears that there weren't too many problems before this month and that you may be having problems with your supplier. As you know, I have contacted the BBB and you have stated to them that you would have my problem resolved within 72 hours, that was 13 days ago. If my issue is not resolved within the next two days I plan to contact the Department of Consumer Affairs as well as the NY AG. I will also be filing complaints with any other state and federal organization that I can. This is in fact an interstate transaction as I live in Virginia therefore the federal government can be involved as well. I have seen that several others intend to follow these steps as well and in fact two have contacted their local news channels for assistance. I am sure that these things would be less than desirable for you and strongly suggest that you stopping hiding from the issues and start resolving them. Feel free to contact me at ***-***-**** and/or at this email address. My order number is ****** Here was his reply... We have cancelled the order. We do apologize our supplier was not able to fill the order in a timely fashion. Customer Support DPD Pools 231 71st St. Niagara Falls, N.Y. 14304 www.PoolDeals.com Kind of a let down as far as info goes. I have emailed him back asking about my money but I'm sure that it will take three more weeks to find out about it (about how long it will take for my dispute of the charges to settle on my credit card). What a rip off! I wonder how many people don't even push the issue when he does this to them and don't get their money back.

I have now submitted complaints to the BBB, the FTC, the Department of Consumer Affairs of New York, and the Ney York Attorney Generals Office. I have tried to give Charlie Goss every opportunity to fix this problem but he still has his head in the sand I believe. He is now not responding to the BBB contacts in follow up to his promise of resolution.
