Dr. Bethany Douglas Endodontist Great Expressions Dental Care Performed a procedure to my tooth that would not have worked anyway because my tooth was cracked Jacksonville Florida
I went to the Great Expressions Dental Care because of a toothache. The general dentist referred me after taking X-rays to an endodontist Dr Bethany Douglas. She took an X-ray then preceded to perform a root canal on my ailing tooth. After the root canal was complete she told me to get to my regular dentist in three weeks to have a crown out on the tooth. After five days I had terrible pain underneath my tongue. After five days I had the worse pain on the edge of my tongue. There was a piece of tooth or bone under my tongue embedded into my gum and it was irritating my tongue. A couple days later a filling in my tooth came out. Then my tooth split from there being a crack in it. She split my tooth performing the root canal. Then took $397 of my money. The crown would have never worked the tooth was to unstable and she knew it.
