Dr. Charleston was referred to me by the pain management practice I was at for injections. He discharged me for no reason. When this is done it leaves a mark on your record that other pain management doctors will see and refuse you. This doctor left one clinic leaving his patients and staff in hardship to go to another clinic for less than a year leaving this patients and staff in hardship to go and open his own practice. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from him. He has no ethics as a doctor or a human being. He is instable.
