JacquelineZielenski in Encinitas, CA and Brent Ivie and Gordon from Salt Lake and Draper Utah, are selling a box that has a capacitor in it which is not UL rated and claimes that if you attach this box to your electric panel on the outside of your house then it will lower your electricty bill by 10-15%. They promise this in writing yet they run and change the name of their company while still pushing the same box. This company is a rip off, they will take your money and not refund it when your bill goes up. Brent Ivie has a number of lawsuits in Salt Lake with customers trying to get their money back. Jacqueline Zielenski will not show you any actual numbers or proof that this box works, she has no actual reports that you can call and verify that this box works. Its snake oil in a box that cost over 1k for a small business.
