i reported to the drd clinic, a methadone clinic, and was told i was being dropped for too many dirty drug screens. the doctor at the clinic had told me 3 days earlier that i was not stable enough on my dose to leave. i looked into the law and law expert
stated "" that is not grounds for expulsion from a clinic. Is William your name?? Which clinic were you enrolled?? I will look at your file on my next visit to the clinic if you desire. That is
why I asked the questions""
i have continued to find out the laws in this state and the state states that a person enrolled must be reduced by 5 to 10 mg's a day untill detoxed.. that is unless the person has been or became violent.. i have never been or ever will be.. and that agony i went through at the extremely high dose of 140mg's was
something i would not wish on anyone..
there are many , many other things that are illegel but i wont go into that.. what i need is a mal-practice lawer who wants a very winnable case.. please help..
