I purchased tickets from this company for the final run of Phantom of the Opera.
i paid $178.54 for tickets that I was told would be rather good in the section. Upon receiving these tickets I found that the tickets were for row X in the section (Y and Z being the last rows). The company paid $42.50 for each ticket and doubled the price on me.
This is a complete outrage. They do not offer refunds (but they sell 'ticket insurance' for another $13). On top of that the tickets arrived barely in enough time to even go to the show.
Buyer beware and give this company a wide, WIDE berth.
