My Visa was charged on 3/7/08 for 29.95 from this company, had to cancel the card to get my money back, going to this site it asks you to enter your email address and last 4 digits of the card that was used, no account info could be found; also states that I would have rec'd an email of purchase notification, did not get any email regarding this transaction; no history of any online purchase.

Customer error, I bet

I found this page by searching for the company name on my cc statement. Then I searched in my emails, and found out that the spyware program I bought a year ago has a yearly subscription fee... which I obviously agreed to at the time. I bet that the charge this guy SCREAMS about is the same as mine, and he is wrong posting it on the internet: he bought a product with a yearly update and now he was charged with it. I have bought products from merchants using this processor (element5.com is a merchant service for merchants without the ability to accept credit cards themselves) and I have never had a problem. This site is great, but take everything with a grain of salt... people scream first, investigate second... if ever. Sophie just someone who doesn't tolerate accusation without a foundation.

Company May Be Legitimate, But the Charge Is Not

I checked all email I have and did not get any email confirmation for any purchase .... going to this company's website, it could not even find my email address or the "last 4 digits" of the card used. This particular card was last used 2/28/08, and any purchases I made online before that I was well aware of not to mention receiving emails for those purchases. I know it's not my antivirus software, that was done long ago; and I already know what all my reoccuring charges are (which are few). I called my bank and they are investigating this as fraud. As I see it, if I haven't gotten any notification via email, and I can't even check to see what was purchased from the website, then something is very wrong.
