It's been a week since i ordered on 8/27/2010 and my order has not shipped yet. I tried to contact them or him to ask about my order but my email address has been blocked. I tried to contact them or him through a different email address but they or he did not reply. After i ordered I recieved this message: Hi and thanks for your order of. We

appreciate your business. The charge will appear as Jacksons Sports Bar

and Restaurant

on your statement and will include a small handling fee. Do not attempt

to contact the Sports Bar for any reason, they are an affiliated family

owned business where we process our transactions ONLY and their

employees know nothing about the dried pods and cannot help you at all

if you call them. They have been recieving many interruptions from

people calling there trying to contact us. We cannot be contacted

through the Sports Bar and if it continues to happen we will be forced

to ban the offending customers from any and all future purchases with

our company. Your package will ship usually within one business day by USPS

Priority mail but we have been experiencing slower ship times due to an

overload of orders, many other vendors are completely sold out. Please

be patient and do not email us unless necessary as it just slows us

down. We will also send you a USPS tracking number as well. Thanks for your patience and understanding and have a great day! End Of Mssg. Notice what they or he says in this message:
We cannot be contacted

through the Sports Bar and if it continues to happen we will be forced

our company. They or he dose not answer emails & if you try to contact them or him by phone they or he threatens to ban you from ordering. I realize that they or he is backed up with orders but they or he should not make threats & refuse to answer emails. I think a week is more than enough time to ship an order even if they or he is behind on orders The website says they ship
within one business day.
