I reviewed my debit card bank statement and noticed 2 pending charges from DRI*ELEMENT5.COM for 29.95 each. I could not find this company on-line, but did find several other fraud complaints. I immediately called my bank and filed an unauthorized charge claim to have these reversed. The bank will reverse them once they post and I sign a testament that I did not authorize these charges.

The bank wanted to know whether or not I contacted them, but because I could not find anything about them, I had to explain to the claim rep that that was not possible. The rep asked this question a few times and also asked a few times whether or not I authorized this. This is standard claim protocol so don't be put off by it. The claim rep proceeded to create the claim and e-mail the affadavit to me in addtion to putting a hold on my card and issuing me a new one (at no expense to me). I just have to sign the testament and send it in before the charges are reversed.

After further research, I found out that DRI*ELEMENTS5.com is a web address for PC Tools Software company that has Spy Doctor and various other anti-virus tools. The annual subscription appears as DRI*Elements5.com even though their annual renewal notification says that it will appear with a different web address ("DRI*PCTOOLS.COM"). But this still does not explain the 2 charges for the same amount. There is some double dipping there. I'll leave everything canceled through the bank and call PC Tools directly about this.
