Richard Isaacs is a crook. I bought a car and it blew the engine head and timing belt less than 45 days later. First he tole me the down payment onthe car was $1100 then $1600 and then I had no choice but to pay him the money for him to fix the car due to my mom's health issues and I have to take her to her medical appointments. So in less than 3 months he made close to 2600 dollars from me. Run fast!!!!!!! do not trust this guy!!!!!!
