I was having problems printing - I purchased the Driver Detective, but it did not help. When I contacted the company, they sent messages giving me pages to download and try. All these 'pages' were quote from HP Corporation.
After working for about 10 days, my computer went into 'safe' mode - I'm still withou the computer and/or printer.
The printer had been working fine, when it stopped this seemed to be help at a price I could afford.

Sorry you are having a problem. Sometimes people just don't understand the scan report. If you will contact me at [email protected] I will see that you get the driver you need or a refund.
