I opened and LOST a PayPal dispute. So here is warning to everyone that you don't get any clue as to what you get with this DropshipPages company until AFTER you pay. ... then it's too late, because once you log on ... there are no refunds. PayPal only handles disputes of PHYSICAL goods. RIPOFF The dispute started after an email to the company directly ... that pretty much said "TOUGH".
Letter to RIPOFF company ... through PayPal dispute:
Buyer: I requested a refund in full 30 minutes after logging into the site (dropshippages.com), just to find DROPSHIPPERS listed that do NOT dropship. WHOLESALERS that are the middle men. This request was declined by Matthew O'Brien, so I am taking it to the next level, legally through PayPal. You are operating deceptively ... and that is called a SCAM or better verbiage would be FRAUD (deceit perpetrated for profit).
Whether I paid $1 or $25, I would be demanding a full refund. Your service is INCOMPLETE and DAMAGED INTERNALLY with many DEAD links that do not go to ANY company but go to a PARKED pages used by the owner of the domain to collect money on per-click throughs making this UNUSABLE for my company. (your service) does not provide the link to the dropship website. The few companies I clicked on are only affiliates to the actual wholesale companies.
You advertise on your start page that YOU take care of the drawbacks "Fake dropshippers who themselves are buying from some manufacturer Cutting down your profits". That is NOT true, hence ... I want a REFUND in FULL immediately! I purchased your service in good faith expecting that what I was presented PRIOR to purchase was the truth and not a deceptive lure. Please REFUND in FULL immediately.
Letter was ignored, so I escalated it to a claim (below). Had I used my credit card through my bank ... I would have been protected. ... but then risk this company having my financial information ... so buyer beware!
PayPal Dispute - Buyer: PRIOR to opening this dispute I contacted the seller for a refund in full. I was told that once I log in, NO REFUND. Customer MUST pay first, before they are allowed to log in. I opened this dispute, then contacted the seller AGAIN. NO response. At this point, I am certain they have no intentions to resolve this with me. Yes I read their terms and paid my money in good faith that what they advertise is the truth.
That is NOT so. It took me less than 10 minutes visiting a total of 5 sites to know that. I was furious and contacted them within 30 minutes of registering. Their start page (www.dropshippages.com), offered/advertises PRIOR to signing up and states "Drawbacks: Fake dropshippers who themselves are buying from some manufacturer Cutting down your profits" ... FAKE is their own verbiage. They claim "Dropship Pages You enjoy the benefits while we take care of drawbacks". They do NOT take care of the drawbacks as they state, as the 5 pages I visited are the following.
www.katscollectibles.com which redirects to snedcowholesale.com. This along with my next page visited (aewholesale.com) both buy from Specialty Merchandise Corp. I KNOW, I have an SMC account. So these are buying from the wholesaler (middlemen). Next, www.comstockcreations.com does NOT dropship. Next www.bjugi.com is a FOR SALE page. Next, wahus is a work-at-home directory, NOT a dropshipper. AND www.ssvegasdistributors.com is also a middleman as www.bnfusa.com is the actual wholesaler.
I was furious at this point. SCAMMED! I did not need to look any further, they got my money deceptively. Their statement that they take care of the drawbacks of the middlemen is NOT true. I have not logged back on since the very first log in after purchasing the service they LIE about. Again, my money was required BEFORE I could see that their statements were fraudulent. I want my money ($25) back. A partial refund allows them to do this to others. I did NOT use their service.
PayPal response: "We're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time. PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy applies to the shipment of goods but not to disputes about merchandise quality."
Bottom line ... company gets money from me ... company get money for click through from those who should not have listed and PayPal gets their merchant fees ... I got nothing!
I was RIPPED OFF!!! It's only $25, but just the bait & hook factor is what pisses me off the most!

We totally disagree
with the user comments and we do issue refunds if the case is a genuine one,
however we have clearly mentioned in our terms and conditions that refunds will
not be issued once the resources have been accessed. We believe this is only
fair as anyone can access our information, copy it and then ask for a refund
straight away. We respond to all queries and if anyone has any questions
regarding our services and products prior to signing-up then we are more than
happy to provide them very clear and precise information whether our services
will be useful or not.
Regarding the letter that the user posted us, if
you would read carefully you will notice that the user requested refund within,
if not less than 30 minutes as mentioned clearly in the letter. First of all we
have nearly 2000 companies listed with us and it is not physically possible to
review all of them within 30 minutes.
The user has claimed that we do not
have genuine dropshippers listed with us, again this is not true, we have been
operating in this industry for nearly 5 years and have dedicated research staff
who personally verify all companies before submitting and approving them to be
listed in our directory. We not only ensure that their websites are in working
order but also determine that they provide dropshipping and wholesale services.
Occasionally, it is possible that a particular company has stopped its
operations and in such a case, as soon as this is brought to our attention, we
take their listing offline and remove them from our database.
We can
guarantee at anytime without any doubt that over 90% of the companies listed in
our directory are in full working order and provide all services mentioned on
the site.
We do offer a preview section where you can judge for yourself
what services each company offers prior to signing-up.
We have checked
our records and we did ask the user to tell us which companies she found to be
middle men? The user failed to provide us any list or company name and the
response was You can find this sitting in your DISPUTE console on
PayPal.
The user has stated that the letter was ignored, however we
replied to their query promptly and we have proof of the conversation. Here are
the first few lines of the conversation
Dear Lisa,
We strive
to meet our customers expectations and regret that you were not satisfied with
our services. We have ensured that we offer the most resourceful and economical
package.
Please let us know which particular companies you found to be
middle-men
Lastly, please read what the user has said in their statement
It took me less than 10 minutes visiting a total of 5 sites, our question is
that we provide over 2000 companies and the user has only visited 5 sites to
make their judgment.
The user visited the site:
www.katscollectibles.com, please visit the site and determine for yourself if
they provide dropshipping services or not. We agree that the site is being
forwarded to snedcowholesale.com, but this does not mean that the dropshipper is
not providing the service as promised by us (not a dead link)
Next site
the user has mentioned is: www.comstockcreations.com indicating that they do not
provide dropshipping services. Here is the link for their dropship information:
http://www.comstockcreations.com/pages/Dropship.htm
Next Site:
www.bjugi.com and wahus - we have checked our database and we do not have these
companies listed with us.
Next site: www.ssvegasdistributors.com - Please
visit the following page for their dropshipping services
(http://www.ssvegasdistributors.com/services)
We display ads from Google
(adsense) to our members clearly indicating that these are ads from Google. This
does not in any way mean that we are affiliated with any company listed in our
directory. The allegation is totally baseless that the company gets money for
click throughs. We can create a test account for ripoff report staff to verify
this.
Lastly we would like to say that the user was not totally satisfied
with our services, which is a separate issue as compared to saying that we are a
fraudulent company. Had the user been more specific and polite, we would have
offered them a refund as a good will gesture but she decided to take the path
calling us SCAM and Fraudulent.
We would also appreciate removing this
report from here as it is a misrepresentation of our site and
services.
Should you have further queries then feel free to contact us
through our contact page or send me an e-mail directly on my hotmail e-mail
address (zakhan1000@hot....)
