Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company solicits information regarding various stores and companies, you go out & do all the leg work spending time and money on travel, various purchases that are required, and completing their on-line surveys. You will never see a dime from any of your efforts as the company complains that you did not complete their survey correctly, or any excuse to get out of paying for your services.

Note that these companies are paid to solicit opinions about the consumer services their client's request, if they obtain all of the information from you & then do not pay because they want to nitpik the surveys, which by the way are extremely time consuming & annoying to say the least to complete, then this is a ripoff & you SHOULD NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

My problem had nothing to do with following directions or being a newbie.  It had to do with being paid and getting total confusion and misinformation from all the people I spoke with.  I had to call about 5 times.  Everyone gave me a different response, communication is extremely difficult.  I also got called to do shops to travel 50 miles for $10.00 pay, and that didn't include bridge tolls.  They need to get their act together.  It got very frustrating and a waste of time.

I have worked with this company for almost a year, with absolutely no problems. I have never experienced non-payment, nor have my reports been found lacking in detail or unworthy. I currently have a check for $55 to deposit, which is for several of the latest reports I have submitted. No one gets rich doing Mystery Shopping, but it can be fun, and it provides a little 'extra' money to pay for non-essentials. I work with 10 or more companies, and only once have been denied payment, because I went at the wrong time. That taught me to be much more careful about reading instructions, which makes me a better shopper. If anyone is having problems with DSGAI, perhaps they do not follow directions well.

I have worked as an independent contractor for dsgai for 3 years doing secret shopping. I have averaged at least 1 shop per month and sometime more. In that time, I have always been paid as agreed. I have occasionally been contacted when the information was incomplete or confusing but I have always been paid. I suggest that the individual either did not understand the agreement or was a newbie shopper with little understanding of the industry.
