Hi. I'm an employee at DVDEXPLODER, so please forgive any assumed bias on my behalf. Might I suggest that all consumers using our database make sure they check their junk mail thoroughly. We have had a few members that beleieve we are leaving them in the dark. This is simply not the case. We have a strict policy to respond to ALL enquiries, as long as they are relevant to the site itself. In fact, we are very much aggrieved to learn of complaints via this website and not through our own lines of communication! Ironically, I happen to think this particular site a fantastic idea, as every Internet user needs some form of protection from the many unscrupulous companies out there. We have many e-mails every day from members and potential members looking for DVD player codes that no other site can break - and we reply to them all as rapidly as possible. With regards to cracking more technical DVD players, research may take a little time, so I fully understand that a few consumers may get a little shirty at the wait. However, research and database development is what sets us apart from other dvd code sites... plus the fact that we actually give progress reports when the member requests them. In short, please, please check your junk mail inboxes and e-mail us if you don't receive a reply. We're really here to help and consider ourselves professionals in the realm of DVD unlocking. Give us a chance and we'll prove it to you. Rip-off report - Thank you for your Rebuttal system. It gives companies like ours a chance to explain hitches and errors. Marek - If you haven't been refunded already, please e-mail us and let's set up some form of recompense.

Not the best idea

It is not the best idea to unlock the code on a DVD player. Most can be unlocked but only a limited number of times. If you are switching from NTSC to PAL regional coding you usually have to switch back and forth to play the particular DVD. After a few times most players freeze in one region and cannot be switched again.
