if u look thay have only been trading for 8 month . i have worked for them thay pay u at first if u r really good at the job and then when u start hitting hi numbers thay stop paying u .thay say that u have lots and lots of cancelation and that why thay dont pay but when thay say it 3 weeks on trot and u have made no money its time to leave . and thay promise u the world its all lies the owner of the company alan gray has no sale exp he just sends u stupid texts all day to juice u up and calls asking u to do more deals. and what thay like the most is some 1 who stays for a weeks and does 10 contracts and doesnt like the job and leaves or if thay only do 4 or 5 sales a week thay never get paided. and alan gray pockets 700 pounds for that persons hard work. and u will be selling crap xln telecoms products and look at there complaints and steve punn still works for xln and is part of dylon james mangement look at these name on google under scam. and when the customer ring xln about there bill because thay getting over charged thay tell the customer to get in touch with the agent who sold them the xln product the agent doesnt even work for xln. dylan james will employe any 1. thay have 99% staff turn over . ie to get a job with them and leave in first 2 weeks and thay make a least 700 pounds per person so what it means is thay leave u with maybe 200 pound out of pocket on doing the job and a big phone bill as xln use your call to log a customer on the network so u r on your mobile phone and u pass ur phone to the new customer and xln staff in london use ur call as a sales pitch to add thing on the package u just sold .so that is a 10 min phone call every customer whitch u pay for. r u sure u want that job
