My poor sister & her cat sought emergency care on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. She walked into this practice seeking expert caring treatment for her beloved cats' ailment. She was told her cat was suffering from urinary blockage and handed a $1900 bill. My sister felt helpless and was very concerned about her 6-year old cat's well-being and didn't want him to suffer. Dr. REDA gave my sister misleading positive prognosis reports, leaving positive voice messages and even going as far as showing my sister a vial of clearer urine stating that her cat was improving. My sister requested that she take her cat home for Christmas day, with catheter & IV still intact, to try & ease her cat's trauma... Dr. Reda agreed stating that she could return when the final sonogram results were in. My sister stated that her cat didn't seem or look any better after their so called treatment and even felt cold. Dr. Reda stated that it was cold due to metal grating... and she should wait another day for results. My sister didn't want her cat to suffer needlessly from the initial exam and asked if would be more humane to euthanize her cat to end it's suffering but Dr Reda insisted that with the right treatment and liquids, he could recover her cat. Subsequently, her cat expired at 3am... My sister and her beloved pet suffered needlessly. This practice hasn't responded to my e-mails, hasn't adjusted/credited my sister any monies, & didn't even show good faith for future valued patronage from her other 2 cats, offer cremation services to ease her grief. Then Chauntelle has the nerve to say my sister took the cat out of their premises against Doctors' orders! Seriously! Why would my sister pay $1900, only to endanger her cat's well-being? How could Chauntelle even suggest that my sister would jeopardize her beloved pets' chances of recovery? Their no responses only proves their guilt! Shame on them! DO NOT GO HERE! Their mission statement is a hypocrisy!
