After being ripped off by Ebay seller Richard Goodwin for $605.00, I filed all the necessary documents to be given a partial refund by Ebay. They owed me $175.00. When I didn't get

an answer, I emailed them again. I find it quite strange that a firm like Ebay, which touts how totally honest they are don't have a number listed so anyone can call them!

They emailed me back that in order to get a refund, I have to send in the necessary information. Once again, I did. And for the second time, I was ignored by Ebay.

In the meantime, I'm trying to go by Ebay rules and deal with the slimebag Richard Goodwin. Did you ever read such a load of crap as the Ebay Rules.

All their rules are designed to do is wear you out or piss you off to the point you forget the problem and move on. Ebay even let this slimebag continue selling on Ebay even after I'd

proven that he'd cheated me out of $605.00. Ebay even let him make Ebay history private which meant all the comments, good and bad were kept secret unless Rick Goodwin wanted to let

people see his FEEDBACK section. Rick Goodwin took this step after I'd left some very NEGATIVE Feedback. Ebay was never any help in this matter. When I did get answers to my emails, they

were generally rude and sometimes offensive. The one and only thing Ebay did without any problem was to debit my account each and every month. After the incident involving Richard Goodwin,

I was ripped off by another Ebay dealer who advertised Vintage Wax packs for sale. The wax packs shown in the ad made it worthwhile to bid on the lot. I figured that I wouldn't be able

to afford any of the lots as I thought the final sales price would be high. I won several auctions and paid for the cards. When I got them, the so called Vintage Wax packs were nothing

but trash. I refused to buy the other Wax Packs I'd won from this dealer and he reported me as a Non-Paying Bidder. Ebay immediately sent me out a warning.

Two other auctions I'd won were also trouble. Neither of them would give me any specifics about the cards I'd won. In fact, one of the lowlife dealers got pretty irate with me and refused

to accept my money for the cards. He then reported me to Ebay for being a Non-Paying Bidder. This was warning Number 2. And Ebay, like the first sent out the warning immediately.

When I refused to buy the cards from the last lot because the dealer refused to answer my emails about said cards, he then reported me to Ebay and Ebay sent out the 3rd Non-Paying Bidder

notice and suspended me. This company refused to repay me the portion of my loss as they advertise. They then suspended me without any hearing what so ever.

They refused to help me when I was ripped off by several Ebay dealers. They refused to repay the portion of my loss. They kept debiting my checking account like clockwork in order to

get their money. They suspended without due process. The more I think about it, the better my being suspended sounds. I don't have to worry about dealing with trash anymore.

And to me, with the treatment I received from Ebay, trash may be too good a name to call them.

Several people have lodged complaints against eBayersthatsuck.com during the past ten months for several reasons, most of which fall into the category of libel, breach of trust, and unauthorized publication of personally-identifiable information. As of yesterday, its url directs people to a book which is on sale at Amazon.com. Brothers Klink (the owners of the site) trashed not only sellers but buyers as well. One of the moderator's involvement constituted a conflict of interests; he represented himself as an eBay Power Seller. There were a few threats of lawsuits from angry discussion participants posted on the website during the past year. How many of the threats actually made it to court is anyone's guess, but the owners received a very clear message: Stop it or start dancing to the music. Messrs Klink have stopped their juvenile behavior and shut that website down. They may be seen dancing some day.
