In 2012 i was cold called by EBS Marketing and i was talked into handing over my debit card details however i was told no money would be taken until i had signed a contract which was to be emailed to me.

I received the contact by email which i did not agree with as the sales person had lied to me on the phone.

I instantly called EBS Marketing back to say do not take my money and i do not wish to proceed however they said to late and would not refund my money.

I have been to court 4 times over this and they even have a County Court Judgement to pay me back over £3000 however they are refusing to and continuesly fob me off.

When you call and ask for the directors name they say they cannot give out that information even though it is clearly Zishan Manzoor.

I am not the only person to have been scammed by this company so if they call you stear well clear they are a total scam.
