I sent my HTC phone in a working condition to Ecyclebest. It had zero scratches when I sent it out and they had initially offered me $150.00. After receiving my phone, they sent me a check for only $90 instead of $150. I promptly called the customer service of ecyclebest. I was lucky to get a really nice customer service representative with whom I could negotiate the price and bring it up to $120.
Regardless, they can’t do business like this! Ecyclebest should seriously mend their ways!!!!
