Edgewood Financial Group Wanted to give a loan for 80,000 with 6,440 down. Greenville South Carolina
Then when I asked for what gaurentee I would have they said you can get a letter of gaurantee of funds. I then asked them if I could place the down into a trust or escrow account they said that was not allowed.
Watch out if it sounds too good to be true....
