The people are EDP Reporting are thieves. They take your money without you knowing and say that you authorized a transaction but had no idea. Jessica Alessi from the Customer Service Department of EDP Reporting sent me a statement saying that I had to fill out a police report in order to get my money back. It also said that I must allow a maximum of 30 days to receive the refund in form of a check. I sent my police report on 11/3/05. The date today is 12/8/05, where is my money? I have sent four e-mails asking what is going on, and still no one has e-mailed me back. The number that was sent to me to call them, 800-430-0672, always seems to be busy and that all representatives are working with other clients. I called four times in one day and the same thing happened. I was on the phone for 20 minutes each time waiting for someone to pick up.

While one the phone, the recording said to go to their website for faster service. O.K. if you want to wait for someone to actually be online to talk to. Are they having a party that they can not be online?
