If you are involved with Edward Humphrey and have read his rebuttals, ask yourself the following questions:

1) Why is his office in Kenilworth closed? No signs on the building and dumpsters in the driveway.

2) Why has Mr. Humphrey moved out of his house?

3) Check Mr. Humphrey's insurance policy. Canceled.

4) Service Magic rating? Call and they'll tell you that he is no longer a customer and will be removing him from their site.

5) Where are all of Mr. Humphrey's trucks? Where have they gone?

6) Where are Mr. Humphrey's office workers? Where are his sub-contractors if they are supposed to be working on your job?

Every answer associated with Mr. Humphrey leads to the same place. He will certainly post a rebuttal (as he has with other posts on this site) but don't fall for the trap and update your entries. The homeowner and sub-contractor posts on this site about Mr. Humphrey are true. Find out for yourselves, call around, call the vendors and dumpster companies, call the contractors. You will hear the same story over and over again.

Perhaps Mr. Humphrey would be open to a meeting with all of the homeowners with whom he has open jobs. If he agrees to it one thing is for certain...he'll be the only no-show.

If you are engaged in business with this company and you are experiencing problems you should file a criminal complaint immediately.

This is in response to all posted comments on this website. I would be more than happy to discuss with any valid client that had contract with my company over two years ago a resolution. I have not had 1 opportunity to talk or discuss the events that had occurred May-July 2005. I would be more than happy to discuss the actual issues and the pending contracts that were in place at that time. I have started resolving substantial valid refund issues with clients, payments restructured over a set monthly time frame. I feel that this website has been utilized for homeowners to vent their frustration, which I completely understand. After two years of nothing being resolved I am ready to reach out and give the homeowners an opportunity for me to make the situation whole again.
