Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
eFirst Financials, LLC contacts people by telephone & sells a marketing program that they claim they will train and support you 100%. They told me that it was my very own website with stores that people could shop from & it was a very good business. Also, there is a complete money back guarentee if you decide within 30 days for any reason that you wish to withdraw.

I was asked to wait until I received my welcome packet before they would contact me & start the training process. I waited 9 days before I got the kit, found out that it was an affiliate website instead of what I was told, but filled out the papers & waited for their call.

After 15 days, I started calling their office & leaving messages since I could not get a person on the line. Nobody called. Finally on the 19 day I got someone to pick up the phone just to tell me that they would have to take a message & someone would call me back. This happened on 4 occasions & Nobody called.

Finally, after 21 days I cancelled . I sent my cancellation by fax & certified letter to their office.
I have called 3 times and talked to people that gave me 3 different time frames when I would receive my refund. They withdrew my money within a couple of hours of accepting the contract but they have not returned my money after over a month of cancellation.

Their people are sarcastic, and hatefull & I have a feeling that they have given me false names.
Everything has been completed and documented as stated in their contract but I have gotten no refund or contact from them.

They owe me $299.00, but I am sure that they owe other people much more since they have many different levels.
