Eggerling SPM LLC Unethical Behavior - Re-brokering Transportation to purposely cheat carriers our of money Norfolk Nebraska
Load was given from MIQ Logistics to Eggerling SPM for movement; we verified with customer was loaded and delivered. Issued fuel advance and quick pay to carrier for a total of $4850. We have just been contacted by a lawyer office for collection, as the freight was double brokered to Solid Group (apparently using a fake GlobalTranz rate sheet) for $6,300. Solid Group was never paid, so the carrier stole our money and did not pay the actual carrier. Now we are in threats of being sued. Do not use this company for any type of transportation needs, you will wind up paying for it more than once.
