El Monte Rv Charged my without permission and lied about it, cussing in front of my four year old Vannuys, California
I had the absolute worst service here by the "Manager"
RICK. He was cussing in front of my four year old son several times because he was having a difficult time running my debit card and was
complaining to me that I didn't have a credit card instead. Saying(((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) debit cards I hate them" Then he passed the
card to one of his workers in another room. to complete. I got a charge
on my card for $1,200 when it was suppose to be $900 because I has a 25%
off coupon. I got the price before I gave him the coupon so he didn't
honor it and just charged me what he wanted. When I got the alert on my
phone of the transaction I asked him about it and he lied to me telling
me he didn't charge my card yet. I had to show him my phone alert before
he fessed up to charging my card that amount. Anyways I let it go and
just wanted to be on our way but this was very rude guy and I hope for
everyone's sake Going on vacation and having to deal with an ugly
personality like this is very unsatisfying.
