Ellys World I ordered a hair straightener for $49.99. Never received product and they don't respond to emails to there support email. There website is no longer available. Internet

I ordered a hair straightener online from what I thought to be a lidgit company, Ellys World, they deducted $49.99 out of my bank account and I never received product and when you email there support team they never reply. I want my $49.99 back. They are advertising through Facebook, they were supposed to have their website with Shopify but after they take your money out click the "check order status" button there is no such web site or "sorry this site is unavailable". So please don't be a victim of this scam.
