Emerson Financial Group this company has taken two payments totalling 1820.00 for a 5000.00 loan. New York New York
I went on line looking for a 5,000.00 I was contacted by emerson financial that I could get this loan but it would have to be a secured loan because of my credit status. I question him telling him how do you pay for a loan, he faxed me a contract. His name was Robert Hunter, he even told me to look up ripoff.com but at that time there were no reports. After sending the first 910.00 a David Madden from customer service called and said that we could only get the loan if we send another secured payment. At first I told him to refund my money and he said he would on July 7th,2008, and the contract stated that you would have to wait until the loaners pay out date. I was desprite for this money as we are so far behind on our bills.

I hate that this happened to others! I too am searching for justice! I had to wire my money to a Stephanie Rivers in Moncton, New Bruinswick, Canada. My loan representative went by the name of Stan Cassidy, I see someone else spoke to a Sean Cassidy, could this be the same person different name? I do find it odd however, that a lot of people spoke to the same manager or customer service rep. David Madden. I still have all my paperwork from Emerson and MoneyGram. I tried to stop my second payment but as soon as "David Madden" got ahold of me and got the reference number, the money had already been received. I have also filed reports to the FTC, ICO, FBI, and the BBB. Any other things I come across to get the word out, I can not be stopped. 5,630.40 was all and everything we had and then some we borrowed. They would be smart to let the law catch them before we do!

I am working everyday trying to figure how to get out of this deeper financial mess. I notice that there were some more people from Illinois. I want everyone to know that I filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Reports. WWW.IC3.com I referred them to look at all of our complaints. They will inform you to save all receipts. Did everyone get a contract like we did. Also I think there were some different people picking up money because I sent mine to a Carol McNeil in Canada UK Radville. Some people had different people calling them. I always spoke to a Robert Hunter which was suppose to be the loan agent and I also spoke with David Madden the Customer Service person that got the second payment. I guess there is no way any of us contact each other personally to put our heads together and fight but I'm praying that the Internet Crime Reports which I think they have something to do with the FBI will help, anything is a try.

I have never been through anything so horrible and humilating in my life. Did these horrible people ever think about what they've done to us. No regards for people with hungry children, paying rent, no regards to even if they break up peoples homes. This can cause a person to just want to disappear of the face of the earth. What can we do about this? Is there anything, does anybody have any answers. I wrote a couple of letters today to some important people but will they listen. Especially since this is something that so many people have went through. I hope and pray these horrible people know they will have stand in judgement for this crime.
