*NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.

Same as what everyone else has said although I spoke to someone on the phone twice (from India, of course) and they assured me I would receive a credit after lecturing me on the terms of their "agreement" on the internet website. They assured me I would be credited the $47.00 (this charge came and nothing was ever received by me at any time from this company). Now when I checked my online banking today, their 800 number has disappeared from the original charge. The product support web address they gave me has also been "under construction" for more than a week now. I feel pretty d**n stupid.
