Emirates Airlines The booking website has errors and doesn't work and the customer service was rude and didn't honor their mistake Internet, California
Emirates airlines' website doesn't work for changing the booking dates. It constantly errors out. After trying for a week or so, I was on a phone call with the customer support agent.
They just pushed me around and made me send screen shots of the error and finally didn't help me out with what I wanted.
Can't an airlines of this size invest a bit more in quality controlling their website? How about getting a free quality assurance from the customer... Oh wait... They also make their customers pay a lot
The information in their website regarding the change fee was also misleading. Instead of the 50$ change fee published in the web page, they informed that the change fee was 200$ and on top of it I have to pay another 400$ making it to a total of 600$
This is just Ridiculous and I am so pissed off that the airlines of this caliber cannot take care of their customers a bit
