I purchased two TV headrests for my vehicle. It came to a total of $268. I received my items. I have paid $47.15 (monthly) since October 2016. They have my bank information and charge my account t on the 2nd of every month. I called January 30th to get my balance that I owed since it cannot be seen online. The gentleman said including Feb. 2nds payment, I will owe $186. I told him to go ahead and pull out the $47.15 on the 2nd still, and that by the end of February, early March-
I will pay the remaining balance. The NEXT day, I received an email from Emporium that they had transferred my account to Monterey financial services, and they will be taking over the account as of February 1st 2017. They received their payment of $47.15 in February, than reported to my credit (unlike Emporium) stating it as a "other loan" , with a balance of $424!!!!! I emailed Emporium that day and have not heard a response back. I also did a credit dispute against the balance owed, and it is now under investigation.

Thank you for your response. I have made two attempts to email customer service regarding this issue ( the email on your website) and have not received a response. I also did online chat with a representative from Emporium and he stated he could not help me regarding my account ( only shows him basic information) that I would have to contact Monterey, so I called them. I faxed over all proofs of payments , along with my receipt of the items purchased. I still have not heard back yet, it's been a little over a week. Should I wait to hear from Monterey, or still email you at the new email address given in your response?
