EMZ shopping Ripoff on Money Back Newark, Delaware
I was talked into a 7 day free trial. I tried for 6 days and I could see this was not what it said it was going to be! I called to get my refund, as I noticed after 6 days I was charged 49.95. I was told at first it was beyond the 7 days. I then was told I could get a refund. After asking I was told it would take anywhere from 3-15 business days.
A week later I called and I was told it could be anywhere from 3-21 business days. After 15 business days I called again, and was rudely told I just had to wait for my refund. I asked to talk to the manager and was told that only his supervisor was available. The supervisor was equally rude, and he told me the manager did not take calls. I was told it could come any day or 21 business days.
This company has treated me rudely and the program is a ripoff!

the same thing happened to me but i called the next day and now a month later they take 49.95 out and tell me i never spoke to anyone. yesterday 5-8-12 i called they said they would refund my money by the end of the business day they did not do that i called back today 5 9 12 and they said they never spoke with me and that they could not and would not refund my money i just want my 49.95 back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!they are ripoffs for sure and lie to get peoples money someone please help get our money back and stop this from happing to others
