Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Energy Blue contacts you with an invitation to a nice restaurant to educate you on their alleged plan to save you energy costs.  They then make an appointment to come to your home to give you an estimate of what it will cost, and to advise you what products you need for this energy saving.  The salesman is young, sharp, and has all the answers.  A real smooth talker that you eventually believe.

A "game" is played with the salesman calling in to his boww, the company owner, as they haggle the price savings they can give you.  No car salesman was ever this bad!  Lots of promises are made about the installation, the service, how it is done, and when it will be done.  Again, all smooth talk and the promises do not happen.  The salesman quickly moves on to catch someone else guilable enough to fall for his portrail of a great and honest company.

We were promised a substantial tax break, but this did NOT happen.  All the paperwork is so light it has faded so you can't read it.  Our installers appeared late, like trying to install fans on the roof at 5:00 p.m. at night in the dark.  My husband refused to allow this for obvious safety reasons.  We were told by the salesman that there were lots of installers in the area.  Not true.  Our man drove in from Dallas just to do our job and then drive home.  Not allowing him to work on our roof in the dark did not make him too happy.  Same thing happened with the roof "insullation".  He finished that in the evening, and again drove in all the way from Dallas to work on our home.  Both men stated that they were not properly compensated for their time and drive and wanted to hurry up and finish.  The attic was a fast job, but nothing was marked as we were told it would be.  We had to have a man come back to do that.  The salesman promised us several bottles for the Better Air machine, and said he would be in the area a lot and would check in with us to see how it was working.  The salesman never came back, never checked in on us again, and we did not =get the promised extra bottles of Better Air.

A female from the company phoned about our payment wanting all sorts of personal information on the phone.  We don't believe in giving out this type of information to anyone who calls us.  There was absolutely nothing to prove she actually represented the company.  She stated that I sifgned a Job Completion for on December 2nd.  This is a lie!!!  Nothing was signed until December 13, 2016

There was nothing done or shown to us about the air conditioner treatment.  They said it was done, but we never saw it done, no one told us if they did it.  How do we know it was done.  The salesman walked by and said, "OIh yes, it's been done."  We asked what he saw to know it was done, and he could not tell us or show us anything to prove that anything was actually done to our air conditioner.

We asked what would regulate the operation of Solar fans.  If this alleged "blanket" prevents heat getting in, shouldn't it also resist cold?  It is a joke what was put down in the attic.  Any one could cgo to a Lowes or Home Depot and buy this very thin roll of covering and put it down and have the same ZERO results that we do.  It is TOTALLY USELESS!  Our bills did not change even slightly!!!  The only one who benefitted was Energy Blue, their salesmen and owner.  We were fraudulent charged thousands and thousands of dollars for nothing!  We have been promised phone calls that never happen.

This is a major Fraud scam that should be well publicized as to how bad it is.
