I got into an accident and needed to rent a car. My insurance company recommended Enterprise. I wish I did my research first. I trusted the company and thought they had a good reputation. I was wrong.

I only had the car for a week. After receiving my check from the insurance company to get a new car I went straight to a dealership to pick out a new car. I was told I could leave my car at the dealership because Enterprise picks them up daily. Another mistake of mine.

I then get a call saying there was some roof damage. I told them there was no way there would be roof damage. I was parked in my garage and only drove it to work. I purposely did not wash the car because I did not want to scratch it up from the car wash...which has me thinking it could have actually been done by their own people and their car wash.

I received a letter today stating that I owe them $1050. They are now also claiming that I had done damage to the Right Qtr, Right Rear Door, Right Front Door...all of which was ALREADY there.

When we did the walk around, it was VERY quick. We never even looked at the roof. The girl DID point out some previous damage to the car. This is some of what I believe they are trying to say was my fault also. We DID NOT do a proper walk around. The inside of the car was dirty with trash, and smelled like smoke. This entire expereince has been AWEFUL! I will def be telling everyone I know in person, through all of the social media outlets, my websites and blogs, my friends websites and blogs, and every other avenue I can think of.

I am also leaning towards picketing outside both locations (The one I got the car from, and the one in which picked the car up.) I will also be talking to lawyers. I will be seeking out other people who have been victims of this company. There are 3 at my current workplace with the same experience. Kind of odd how 2 of them also were told it was roof damage.

I will not let this go. And, if they try to take money from my account, they will hear even more. I will be sure they pay for all of my time, court fees, etc.

After writing this report and some posting on FB I received a call from the Area Director. They looked into everything and decided not to hold me responsible.

I will gladly recommend them now that I know they really do take care of their customers.
