I was told I was going to save $200 and ended up saving only $50, but my rep said I didn't use the pin pad as told...so we'll see what happens this month...$50 is $50 bucks, though even after the lease. I guess it depends on my volume.

I was on here browsing a computer company and noticed that my merchant service provider had a complaint. I've been with Entrust since January and so are my cousins. When I got my first statement, I wanted to refer my cousins who share the same chain. We had a pretty decent rate before. When I told my rep about it, she said she needed to make sure they qualified and after some research I guess the company had already tried to upgrade them, but they didn't want to take the meeting because they thought it was a cold call. Business owners are busy and the call was annoying to me at first too. Since you have to qualify for this, it worked out that Entrust had already qualified my cousins. I saved about $110 the first month and it was hard to see in February because I had an unusually big month...probably saved more than that and then saved $130 in March and got new equipment that is a lot quicker and saves me time. I would recommend them. Seems to me like this posting is NOT from someone who is with them because they talk in 3rd person. If anyone needs a reference...please feel free to contact me directly. Thanks.
