The interview process had me a little bit skeptical from the start, but I was unemployed and bored out of my mind so I accepted their offer and went for a week of paid training. The paid training was $500 minus taxes for a week and we were given sample kits, free meals & lodging at a hotel. The job was then to be 100% commission after that. I was told that typically I could expect to make 2-4 sales a week. I worked for about a month and made less than minimum wage!
I drove for hours and hours to up to two leads a day and often made nothing, wasted tons of money on gas & was feeling like a sucker. There is no real draw and I made less than minimum wage! My boss was very hard to get a hold of after training and basically non-existent. I would not recommend this job to anyone. The roofs are near impossible to sale due to them costing 3X-7X the competitions and even if you do make a sale you have to pay a processing fee and the customer can always cancel and you make nothing for your time & effort.
Do not work here. You'll spend more than you make and you'll feel like you've wasted a ton of time.

John Doe you are completely off your rocker! I too am a former employee of this lousy company and am ashamed to have ever working for them. I did understand comission sales as I have done that all my life. I did mke money and did sell roofs for them but believe me when I tell you they rip off their employees as well as the customers. The
'exclusive metal shingle roof is not so exclusive, just look it up on the net! The pitch book even had sample homes that I found on the net. An A-hole manager spent a week with me and stole, yes stole , commissions from me! He claimed that it was a supervised call when it was not! I am nort going into details but he is a thief!!! The sales practices are decietful, the reps are lied to and to BS rolls down hill right into the laps of unsuspecting customers BEWARE potential employees and customers, run don't walk!

It is a commission based pay sales job. What did you expect? If you dont sell you dont get paid. This is the reason they lay out right from the beggining that it is 100% commission. i know people who have made 100k for many years and many who just didnt have what it takes.
oh by the way, I drove to the same type of leads and sold them. I no longer work for them so this is not a current employee trying to stick up for them. Its not a rip off you just arent cut out for sales. get over it.
