RECENTLY RECIEVED MY EMBARQ PHONE BILL AND THERE IS A CHARGE, 14.95, FOR SERVICE THAT WAS NOT ORDERED. IT WAS BILLED THROUGH ESBI BY A COMPANY CALLED EMAIL DISCOUNTS LLC. I TRIED CALLING THE TOLL FREE NUMBER PROVIDED BUT THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS. I AM PLANNING TO CALL EMBARQ AND FIND OUT WHY THEY WOULD ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN WITHOUT MY CONSENT!
